Sarpedon Quality Lab LLC (United States) works in direct partnership with Sarpedon Quality Lab GmbH (Germany), founded in 2009. Together, three partners lead the firm's work across security, performance, and architecture.

Sarpedon Quality Lab LLC is the U.S. partner firm of Sarpedon Quality Lab GmbH, led from Phoenix, Arizona by founder Andreas Wolter. Ralf Dietrich and Lars Lawrenz lead the original German practice as co-Managing Directors.

Former Senior Program Manager for Azure SQL and SQL Server at Microsoft. Led the SQL Server 2022 permission system redesign and designed the external authorization framework behind Microsoft Purview and Fabric integration. One of only seven Microsoft Certified Solutions Masters (MCSM) for the Data Platform worldwide, and a former Microsoft MVP (2014–2018). 25+ years of experience across consulting, architecture, and product engineering.
